About Us
Provide your loved ones with personalized care in an engaging, homelike setting at The Meeting Place.
Attendees enjoy opportunities to socialize with friends, stimulating activities, nutritious meals, and a variety of field trips and outings. You'll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is spending the day in a safe, friendly space and cared for by our trained on-site nursing staff.
The Meeting Place operates in accordance with the Vermont Standards of Adult Day Services.
Services We Provide
Personalized Care
Individualized care plans, including client-specific activities, to help stimulate and maintain cognitive abilities.
Socialization
Attendees develop friendships with other clients and staff in a fun, laughter-filled space.
Engaging Activities
Carefully planned activities, including arts and crafts, exercises, and field trips, help participants improve health and quality of life, while maintaining a sense of self-worth.
Nutrition
Nutrition and Diet support with breakfast, lunch and snack.
Trained Caregivers
Our onsite nursing staff oversees health and personal care. Caregivers are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Memory Care, and can assist clients with getting to medical appointments.
Peace of Mind
Your family can enjoy relief and peace of mind knowing your loved ones are cared for in a professional, positive manner designed to maintain their health and well-being. Adult Day Services can also delay or avoid the need for nursing home care.
